Alston Properties Ltd. is a private family real estate company that has properties in Vancouver and in Calgary. Over the years, the company has specialized in purchasing older, well positioned properties and has used their expertise to renovate and update the buildings to add value. Our primary emphasis is on residential apartments however our holdings include commercial retail and office space.

By early 1993, the company entered into the Calgary market and after further purchases, we have now established an office in Calgary to deal with the local property management issues.

Alston Properties provides in–house property management services. We believe that we can best service tenants needs by having direct interactions with them. The repairs and maintenance of our properties can be most efficiently implemented by being there first, instead of relying on a time consuming report from a third party management company.

We have recently implemented an online maintenance request system allowing tenants to log their concerns in an easy manner. This integrated system allows management to organize, delegate and monitor the progress of the remedial work to completion.

It has always been our company philosophy to continually upgrade our buildings with energy efficient systems, newer interior finishes and professional maintenance. At Alston Properties, we strive to provide quality apartment homes.
